This page says what Nobiso keeps, what it does with it, and how to have it removed. Last updated 26 October 2026.
We keep your email address, your first name, the line you wrote about your book (if you wrote one), when you signed up, and your browser type. We use these to email you about Nobiso and to decide who gets early access. Nothing else. We never sell or share the list.
To be removed, reply to any email from us with the word stop, or write to the address any Nobiso email comes from (replying to one reaches a person). We delete the entry.
Everything you give it (recordings, documents, pasted text, links, your interview answers, your edits) is stored so your book can be written and so every paragraph can show where it came from. It is used for your book and for nothing else. We do not use your material to train any model, and we do not read it except to help you when you ask.
To make the book, your material passes through services we run it on: audio is transcribed by a transcription provider, and the writing is done by a large language model provider. Both process it under business terms that do not let them use your material to train their systems. Files are stored with our database provider in the EU. The site itself is hosted on Vercel.
Beta limits: up to 25,000 words of material and a 15,000-word manuscript per book.
Delete a source and its text goes with it. Ask us to delete your book, or your whole account, and we remove the material, the transcripts, the drafts and the account, usually within a few days. Write to the address any Nobiso email comes from (replying to one reaches a person).
Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in. That is the only cookie Nobiso sets. We use Vercel's privacy-friendly analytics to count visits; it does not use cookies or track you across sites.
Nobiso is run from the United Kingdom. Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to the address any Nobiso email comes from (replying to one reaches a person) and we will answer within a month, usually much sooner.
